Company Description TETMET is a pioneering company in Paris that specializes in enabling highly efficient lattice structures at an industrial scale for manufacturers in the Automotive, Aviation, and Space industries. We provide comprehensive support to manufacturers from design to scalable production using our innovative Lattice Design Suite [CAD & FEA plugins] and Adaptive Spatial Lattice Manufacturing [industrial toolchain]. The team is highly international and consists of brilliant engineers and scientists, and the company is on a mission to redefine how high performance engineering is done. This enables better and cleaner vehicles and a future of decentralised manufacturing. We are a venture backed, seed stage deeptech company that is only just coming out of the R&D stage. Relationships are with large industrial manufacturers: long sales and integration cycles, huge contracts, highly engineering driven Product-market-fit has been tested with large manufacturers in automotive , aviation and space (i.e. Stellantis, Safran, BMW, Ariane Group). The business model revolves around long lasting relationships covering: Licensing of the industrial manufacturing toolchains in long-term integrations Licensing of the design software Projects of Applications Engineering, Design and Integration efforts to get industrial customers started Proof of Concepts Role Description In 2024 revenues were generated with paid POCs and Applications Engineering, which will be scaled up in 2025. With maturing of the technology this will be supplemented with large scale growth revenues from Design, Integration and Licensing. This is a full-time on-site role for a VP of Sales at TETMET in Paris. The VP of Sales will be responsible for leading sales efforts, overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and driving business development initiatives on a daily basis. Qualifications Sales playbook forming. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in aggressive startup environment Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent international communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience in the Automotive, Aviation, or Space industries is a plus Engineering experience is a plus Remuneration Expectations and rewards are tailored to the seniority of the profile. We strive to fit the role and package around a person's sweet spot in skills and motivation. The CDI package will contain fixed and variable components, and after 1 year is eligible for stock options.
