Chief Marketing Officer - French Speaking

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to support brand growth in local market. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Plan and execute large-scale brand sponsorship and offline marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on local market. Experiences in Tobacco, FMCG field are highly preferred. Experienced in design tools (CANVA/Ai/Ps/etc.) Proven track record of developing and implementing successful large-scale sponsorship and offline marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin. French B2 or above.
