Job description As a full-stack Junior Software Engineer in our software development team, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining robust SaaS applications that support our financial consulting services. In this role, you will work within teams combining various skills profiles (financial consultants, data scientists, software engineers) to develop bespoke web applications for our customers. Additionally, you will also contribute to maintain and enrich existing applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and learning in a fast-paced environment with guidance from senior developers. Our software stack currently relies on (but evolves as needed) technologies such as TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Python, MaterialUI, SQL and NOSQL databases, and more. Ideal candidates are curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and practical judgment. Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Software Engineering 1-2 years of experience or proven track record working as a Software Engineer Strong proficiency in JavaScript (frontend and backend) and Python Proven experience with React or equivalent front-end frameworks Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases Experience working in hybrid teams with diverse areas of expertise Ability to thrive in client-facing roles Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus Fluency in both French and English (a third language is highly desirable) The Accuracy Experience Excellent rankings in the Great Place to Work® awards Modern offices in the center of Paris Competitive base compensation and bonuses
