Job Description

Our client, a prestigious international investment bank, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure M&A Associate to join their dynamic team in Paris. The firm is renowned for its expertise in providing exceptional financial advisory services and has a strong focus on the infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analyses and valuations for potential M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector. Prepare and present comprehensive financial models, pitch books, and investment memoranda. Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring. Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions. Maintain and develop relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA qualification is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a focus on the infrastructure sector. Strong financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
