Opportunities in Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA) - Pricing & Origination We’re partnering with clients seeking talented actuarial professionals to join their BPA teams. Whether you’re early in your career or looking to take the next step, there are exciting opportunities available at various levels - including some exclusive opportunities Opportunities Available Actuarial Analyst – Pricing Salary : £40,000 - £55,000 Qualifications & Skills : 1-3 years’ experience in BPA Pricing/Assumption Setting or DB Pensions with de-risking exposure. Progressing well with actuarial exams. Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of actuarial concepts is crucial. The Role : BPA pricing, the team also gets engaged in areas like ALM, Pricing, Assumption Setting, New Product Development, Business Development, and Reporting. (Senior) Pricing Associate Salary : Up to £75,000 Qualifications & Skills : Commercially minded student actuary with advanced technical skills. Experience in bulk annuity pricing, funded reinsurance, DB Pensions modelling, or life insurance balance sheet management. Familiarity with Solvency II/UK frameworks, asset strategy, ALM, and liability discounting is advantageous but not essential. The Role : Focus on delivering end-to-end pricing for BPAs and alternative de-risking solutions for DB pension schemes. (Senior) Associate – Origination (BPA) Salary : Up to £75,000 Qualifications & Skills : Understanding of bulk annuity transactions. Experience in a client-facing role with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The Role : Support the advertisement, origination, and execution of new bulk annuity opportunities.
