Lead Business Analyst Trainer

FIND has partnered with with a leading Technology Training & Consultancy organisation at the forefront of the Tech Hire-Train-Deploy industry. Having already established successful Data, AI, Cloud & Software Engineering training academies, they are now looking to do the same within Business Analytics, due to high client demand. They are looking to hire a Business Analyst Trainer to lead an innovative 12-week BA training program designed to prepare the next generation of Business Analyst professionals, and get them ‘BA Consultant ready’ This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst with passion for training & developing others. Key Responsibilities Lead Training & Coaching Serve as the Lead Instructor for the Business Analytics programme Provide further individualised 1-to-1 coaching & mentoring to learners/consultants Guide participants through practical labs, projects, simulations, and real-life case studies to equip them with industry-ready skills Curriculum Development Ensure the 12-week BA program remains cutting-edge by integrating the latest tools, technologies, practices & trends within Business Analytics. Assess & Mentor Develop assessment methods to measure student progress and knowledge retention. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help students achieve competency and confidence. Required Skills and Qualifications Business Analytics Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in the BA industry. Training Experience: Proven experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Tutor, Teacher, Lecturer, Coach or Mentor. Communication & Presenting Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to explain complex information in an accessible way.
