The ideal candidate will be a skilled analyst with strong FP&A experience, advanced data analysis skills, and expertise in tools such as Power BI. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial insights, improving decision-making, and supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of annual financial plans and quarterly forecasts. Perform detailed P&L analysis to identify key drivers and opportunities for optimisation. Develop and deliver advanced financial models and reporting dashboards using Power BI and Excel. Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Support month-end processes, including variance analysis and performance reporting. Partner closely with operational teams to enhance business performance across sites. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems. Key Requirements: ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3 years of post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role. Demonstrable experience in data analysis, financial planning, and reporting. Advanced Power BI and Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights is highly desirable. Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, multi-site or hospitality environment is not essential but desirable. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
