This position offers the chance to shape the legal framework of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, data systems, and cybersecurity, within a project of national significance. Role Overview: As Senior Legal Counsel – IT, IP, and Data , you’ll provide strategic and hands-on legal support across IT contracts, IP strategies, data protection, and compliance frameworks. You'll negotiate complex agreements, safeguard intellectual property, and offer expert guidance on emerging technologies and regulations. What We’re Looking For: 5 years PQE in commercial technology law, with a solid grasp of IT, IP, and privacy issues. Proven ability to manage complex legal agreements and deliver pragmatic solutions. Experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of IT agreements, including SaaS/PaaS, software licensing, and cloud infrastructure. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
