About Us Our Academy Training Programme is at the heart of our recruitment success, delivering exceptional training programmes to empower new starters with no prior Recruitment experience. As part of our global Learning and Development (L&D) team, you’ll play a key role in onboarding and training new employees, ensuring they’re equipped with the skills and tools to excel. Our Current Programme 1 week on desk 2 weeks of Candidate focussed training 1 week on desk and review 2 further week of Client focussed training Academy review to plan ongoing support Increased support on desk and in 121 sessions throughout their initial Probation period Continued support up to the next Programme at 6-12 months This sits alongside blended online learning, on desk coaching and 121 session What You’ll Do As a Learning and Development Consultant, you’ll: Lead New Starter Training : Oversee the full onboarding journey, introducing new hires to essential tools, processes, and strategies. Facilitate Academy Sessions : Deliver engaging and impactful training, setting recruits up for success in their roles. Note that this role will be onsite during delivery of Academies and hybrid 2-3 days outside of that. Develop & Adapt Training Materials: Work with subject matter experts to create up-to-date, relevant, and dynamic content tailored to the needs of our business. Analyse Training Needs: Collaborate with Sales leaders and the wider People Team to identify trainee requirements and customise training approaches. Reporting: compile and track success metrics such as Probation pass rate, Time to first Deal and Cohort Progression Provide Ongoing Support : Offer coaching, feedback, and resources to help new hires thrive. Collaborate Globally : Work with L&D teams across APAC and America to support training needs worldwide. What You Bring Recruitment Expertise: 3-5 years in recruitment (agency or in-house), with a solid understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client relationship management. Passion for Development: While prior training experience is preferred, we are seeking someone with practical recruitment experience who is passionate about helping others learn and grow. You’ll play a key role in delivering our Academy's high-quality onboarding experience, setting new recruits up for success in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Outstanding Communication: Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging. Organisational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple training sessions, track progress, and maintain attention to detail. Why Join Us?
