Senior Oracle Developer

Job Title: Senior Oracle Developer/Scrum Master Location: Hybrid, Central London Salary: Up to £90,000 Role: Full Time, 12 months Fixed Term Contract (Extension likely) Start: ASAP F5 are delighted to be partnering with a market leading RegTech organisation that has expanded rapidly over the last few years. They are looking for a Senior Oracle Developer who has experience leading a small team of Developers and Testers. The person needs to ensure that sprints run on time, run the scrum’s each day, remove any potential blockers and provide counsel for the other Developers. The Role: Lead daily stand-ups, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework while fostering workflow improvements. Collaborate with the Product Owner for sprint planning, balancing BAU tasks and ongoing development. Facilitate communication between IT, QA, and SMEs, ensuring process adherence via tools like JIRA and GitHub. Coordinate with Release and Patching Manager for release schedules and server patches. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise work and ensure effective client communication. Perform development tasks as needed. Experience Required: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in problem-solving, incident management, and detail-oriented. Knowledgeable in PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, Shell Scripting, and SQL. Experienced with JIRA, GitHub, and Oracle development. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. Oracle and/or Scrum Master certifications desired.
