Qualifications: Matric/Grade 12 Relevant Degree Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with diverse audiences, including senior management. Demonstrated experience in retail business operations, particularly within the heavy-duty truck industry. Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Service-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Driven to achieve goals, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Ability to effectively manage and collaborate with stakeholders across national and international boundaries. Adherence to high ethical standards and a commitment to upholding the principles of the company. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Job description: Develop and execute strategies, action plans, and tools to enhance Retail Operations performance, profitability, and development Ensure alignment of all initiatives with the company in Southern Africa business plan and strategy Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor Retail performance Set and achieve ambitious, measurable objectives for the Retail organization Continuously monitor performance, analyze results, and take corrective action Drive the implementation of best practices and efficient processes across the Retail organization Foster a culture of operational excellence and customer satisfaction Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Retail team Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. Ensure the team has the necessary competencies and resources to succeed. Jointly responsible for driving customer satisfaction within Retail Operations. Actively participate in the Commercial Crew to enhance customer relationships. Collaborate effectively with the company departments departments to achieve company-wide goals. Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives.
