Commercial Litigation Attorney

Requirements: LLB degree (Essential) B. Com / Finance degree will be advantageous LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous 5 years post article experience specializing predominantly in corporate and commercial law matters (Essential - Not negotiable) Strong contract drafting skills Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.). Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written). Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).
