Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts. Assign and manage workloads, ensuring the timely delivery of projects. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Business Analysis: Oversee the analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Ensure that business processes and solutions align with strategic objectives. Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions. Validate and verify that solutions meet business needs and requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather and document business requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for business analysis-related inquiries. Project Management: Support project managers in planning and executing projects. Ensure that business analysis deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet goals. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain standards, tools, and best practices for business analysis. Conduct reviews and audits to ensure the quality of analysis and documentation. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business analysis practices. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for the Business Analysis team. Stay current with industry trends and developments in business analysis. Encourage professional development and certification among team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing a team of Business Analysts. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred. Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
