Management Accountant

Job & Company Descriptions A leading organization in the manufacturing sector is currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis . This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled finance professional with a BCom Hons , CIMA , or CA(SA) qualification and at least 5 years of experience to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic finance team Duties: Prepare and analyze management reports to provide insights into financial performance Conduct costing analysis and manage cost control to optimize operational efficiency Ensure compliance with IFRS and assist in the preparation of financial statements Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making Provide regular Power BI reporting for key stakeholders Manage and track tax compliance and assist with tax planning Oversee forex management and mitigate any associated risks Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems Qualifications & skills: BCom Hons, CIMA, or CA(SA) qualification Minimum of 5 years experience in a management accounting role within the manufacturing industry Strong experience in costing, IFRS, and tax compliance Proficiency in financial modeling and Power BI reporting Knowledge of forex management and exposure to international financial environments
