Head of Finance

A dynamic and rapidly growing organization in the staffing industry is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of a growing organization. This is a senior-level position ideal for a CA(SA) with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience and a stable career track record . Preference will be given to candidates with a background in construction, engineering, or FMCG industries. As the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in leading the financial strategy and operations of the company . Duties: Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure operational efficiency Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations Provide leadership to the finance team and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions Drive improvements in financial performance and operational cost efficiencies. Qualifications & Skills: A CA(SA) with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience Stable career track record with a proven ability to drive financial performance Preference for experience in construction, engineering, or FMCG industries Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and taxation Excellent leadership and team management skills
