Grade 12 and a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement within the logistics or mining sector. Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken, non-negotiable). Source mining equipment and related supplies from local and international suppliers. Identify and assess potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and terms. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
