Jnr Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Jnr Control Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize automated systems and processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Design and develop control systems, including PLC, SCADA, and DCS. Program, test, and commission control systems to ensure proper functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate control systems with mechanical, electrical, and software components. Develop and maintain system documentation, including wiring diagrams, software programs, and technical manuals. Optimize control processes to improve operational efficiency and safety. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Conduct training for operators and maintenance personnel on new control systems. Support the project lifecycle, including design reviews, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT). Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelors degree in Mechatronics, Control Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering Experience Proven expertise in programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider). Hands-on experience with SCADA systems and HMI development. Technical Skills Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Python, or C++. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Knowledge of process instrumentation and sensor technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
