Job & Company Descriptions A leading player in the telecommunications industry is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team on a permanent basis . This exciting opportunity is ideal for a recently qualified CA(SA) or an individual with up to one year of post-qualification experience, looking to take the next step in their career. Duties: Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS Oversee and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management Supervise and mentor junior finance staff Qualifications & skills: CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified or with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience) Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting
