Job Description

Job Summary: We are a rapidly growing Salesforce consultancy (focused exclusively on Spiff & Salesforce SPM) seeking an experienced Salesforce SPM Consultant to join our team. This is not a technical developer role. Rather, this role involves working closely with clients to optimize their sales planning & sales performance processes using Salesforce's Sales Performance Management (SPM) suite of tools. Actual, hands-on experience in the Sales Performance Management suite (Maps, territory and segment planning, and sales programs) is required (trailhead certifications alone are inadequate). This team needs to excel in guiding clients in understanding strategic objectives, planning quotas, segmenting territories, and streamlining their sales operations. By leveraging Salesforce's robust toolset, you will help clients have greater visibility and control over their sales planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their sales planning processes, performance/monitoring process, business objectives, and pain points. Provide expert advice on territory and segment planning, quota distribution, goal setting, and sales program strategies. Salesforce SPM Implementation: Configure and deploy Salesforce SPM tools, including goal setting, quota planning, territory planning, segmentation, sales programs, and maps. Customize Salesforce features to align with client-specific sales processes and objectives. Sales Planning Optimization: Design and implement streamlined sales planning processes that leverage Salesforce SPM tools effectively. Develop strategies for equitable and efficient territory and quota distribution among sales reps. Performance Monitoring & Maintenance: Utilize Salesforce tools to track, monitor, and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward goals. Ensure ongoing data integrity and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce SPM tools. Training & Support: Provide hands-on training to clients and their teams to maximize their understanding and usage of Salesforce SPM tools. Offer ongoing support to address client questions and ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions. Practice Lead: Demonstrate leadership in building out and growing the team, client book of business, and the operations of the business in EMEA. Required Qualifications: Actual, hands-on experience in the Sales Performance Management suite (Maps, territory and segment planning, and sales programs). Proficient in English, fluent in French, & German Demonstrated expertise in sales planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring. Proficient in Salesforce configuration, administration, and customizations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Willingness to learn the Spiff commissions platform deeply as part of SPM offering (we will train) Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce SPM certifications or equivalent experience. Experience working with diverse industries and sales teams. Familiarity with change management and training best practices.
