Deputy CISO

I’m currently working with a world-renowned business based in Paris. We’re looking for a Deputy CISO/RSSI Adjoint to join them for a permanent CDI position. Role – Deputy CISO/RSSI Adjoint Contract – Permanent CDI Employee Remote/Onsite – Hybrid You’ll be responsible for: Manage the cybersecurity operations team, including both internal and outsourced services, ensuring timely and effective delivery of cybersecurity services. Implement cybersecurity tools and technologies to strengthen the organization’s security posture and capabilities. Analyse the cybersecurity threat landscape, providing actionable intelligence and recommendations to the CISO and other stakeholders. Lead the incident response process, ensuring incidents are properly identified, contained, analysed, resolved, and reported. Regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed according to their risk level by various teams within the DSI department. Profile: You’ve got 5 years as a Deputy CISO/RSSI Adjoint or a similar role. Strong understanding of security norms & standards and generally on IT models. Experience working with cybersecurity frameworks; CIS Controls, ISO27001, OWASP, PCI-DSS. Possesses strong technical skills in IT architecture, networking, and IT infrastructures, ideally having begun their career as an engineer in system management, system engineering, or software development. You've got a positive, pro-active and eager personality. Very Good English speaking is mandatory, as the role will evolve within an international team.
