JOB DESCRIPTION : Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to improve commercial performance and business strategies. Manages, monitors and analyzes databases to provide on a regular basis dashboards and steering dashboards for the company therapeutic areas, both at global, regional and country level. Delivers a 360° vision on market performance of Mayoly products, becoming a relevant support for Global Sales, Export and Affiliates. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner. Performance monitoring, identifying opportunities and providing data to establish sales forecasts Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with affiliates, sales, finance, marketing, operations, and IT teams to understand business needs and align analytical deliverables with strategic goals. Support cross-functional projects by providing data and technical expertise. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and recommend data-driven solutions. Contribute to the automation of reporting and analytics processes. Technical Development: Utilize basic IT/software development knowledge to create or enhance analytical tools and integrations between systems. PROFILE : Bachelor’s degree in business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field in exact sciences. 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or business environment. Proven expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and business performance evaluation. Strong appetite for Data/Database/Management Control/Excel/PowerPoint Professional fluency in French and English Knowledge of IT/software development concepts is a strong plus. Interest in the pharmaceutical and Consumer healthcare industry Mandatory Technical Skills : Perfect mastery of information collection and data processing. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, etc.). Expertise in Power BI or similar business intelligence, database software tools. MS office software, such as PowerPoint Good knowledge of statistics. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. Strong SQL skills for querying databases. Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). Basic understanding of software development practices, APIs, and integrations. Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and develop data-driven solutions. Detail-Oriented: Precision and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Communication: Ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving business challenges. Collaboration: Effective teamwork across departments to achieve common goals. Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
