Account Executive – Paris Location: Paris, France (Hybrid) Compensation: €50k-70k base €30k uncapped commission benefits Our client, a fast-growing and innovative leader in providing cutting-edge solutions, is looking for a driven Account Executive to join their team in Paris. This role is focused on driving sales within the manufacturing industry , a sector primed for transformative growth. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building meaningful client relationships, this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Sales Execution: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing deals, with a strong focus on manufacturing clients. Client Focus: Understand the specific needs and challenges of clients in the manufacturing sector, tailoring solutions to meet their goals. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the manufacturing industry. Market Development: Identify new opportunities within the manufacturing sector, craft compelling value propositions, and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborative Success: Partner with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a seamless client experience. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving significant revenue growth in the manufacturing vertical. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Preferred: 3 years of software sales experience, ideally selling into the manufacturing industry. Considered: General sales experience in the manufacturing industry without software sales background. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and trends in the manufacturing sector. Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential. Location: Based in Paris, with a hybrid working model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). What’s in It for You?
