Senior Layout Engineer

About the Role As a Senior IC Layout Engineer, you will take ownership of physical layouts for analog and mixed-signal circuits, ensuring precision and efficiency. You’ll also contribute to developing automation tools to streamline design processes. Key Responsibilities Create and implement custom layouts for analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, and RF components. Develop floorplans and block-level layouts for high-performance analog systems. Optimize designs to minimize parasitic effects and improve DC/AC precision. Ensure compliance with process design rules and foundry specifications. Collaborate with foundry engineers to address layout-related manufacturing challenges. Develop and deploy custom scripts to automate repetitive layout tasks efficiently. What You Bring Extensive experience with the physical layout of ADCs, DACs, and other mixed-signal components. Proven ability to deliver complex layouts across diverse node sizes. Expertise in analog layout techniques such as device matching, parasitic minimization, and noise isolation. Proficiency with Cadence tools. Experience with post-layout simulation using FEM tools (preferred). Familiarity with layout automation tools and techniques (preferred).
