Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on challenging assignments across our Banking and Markets practice, leveraging both traditional consulting methodologies and emerging technologies to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive strategic analysis and research to understand client challenges and opportunities within the financial services sector Deconstruct complex problems, identify root causes, and proposed effective solutions Develop and implement strategic initiatives across banking (institutional and corporate) and markets operations Lead complex problem-solving workstreams and deliver evidence-based recommendations Support the set up and facilitation of strategy workshops, meetings and interviews Experience in AI and GenAI applications within financial services contexts Create and present compelling client deliverables and strategic recommendations Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels Collaborate with international teams across our London and New York practices Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience from a recognized strategy consulting firm or Big 4 advisory practice Demonstrable experience in financial services, specifically in Banking (Institutional and Corporate) and Markets (including Capital Markets, Brokerage, Foreign Exchange, Securities Finance) Experience in AI/GenAI advisory or implementation projects Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work effectively in international teams Willingness to travel between London and New York practices Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modelling Strong understanding of banking and markets operations Knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies and their applications in financial services Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools Proficiency in standard consulting tools and methodologies, including MS Office Excel and PowerPoint Personal Skills Strong work ethic and commitment to client delivery Maintaining client confidentiality Adaptability to work in diverse, fast-paced and collaborative environments Innovative mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving Global perspective with sensitivity to local and client cultural nuances What We Offer Competitive compensation package International work exposure Continuous professional development opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Additional Information Position Available: Immediate start Location: Primary base in Central London, UK Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position Travel Requirements: Travel to client sites in City of London and Canary Wharf, and some US travel expected Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
