Senior Compliance Manager | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £80 - 100,000 (doe) Finitas are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a growing independent Lloyd's broker in their search for a dynamic Senior Compliance Manager to join their team. You will be reporting into the Finance Director. As the Senior Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day compliance & conduct issues that impact the company & their Appointed Representatives, ensuring that the company operates in adherence with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in maintaining a culture of compliance throughout the organisation Experience required: Previous experience (5 years) in a compliance role within the insurance industry, with a focus on London Market; Lloyd's, Wholesale broking and MGAs. Practical experience of working with Appointed Representatives; initial due diligence & onboarding, adding AR's & Approved Persons to the FCA Register, ongoing monitoring & supervision and terminating AR relationships. Experience in quality assurance / conducting file reviews. Appreciation of Financial Crime (AML & Sanctions). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Professional certifications in compliance, such as ICA (International Compliance Association) or equivalent, are highly desirable.
