Reward Analyst

Permanent Reward AnalystConstruction companyLondon based Hybrid workingThe role:- Determine bonuses and salary adjustments.- Be well versed in condensing extensive data into summaries for influencing reward processes.- Liaise with senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong relationship building skills.- Carry out and maintain job evaluation processes accurately and efficiently.- Assist senior Reward staff in configuring essential bonus and pay review processes.
