Job Description
Interim M&A Manager | London/Hybrid | £400-500pd Outside IR35 - 6 months I am currently recruiting for an M&A Manager to join a global client of ours. In this role, you will play a key part in executing deals, working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will be involved in all parts of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, building financial models, and working with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support due diligence activities. Perform financial analysis and create financial models. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Help manage the deal process, including documentation, valuations, and timelines. Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting. Solid experience in financial modelling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with deal execution (documentation, valuation, and process management). Strong project management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
