Insights Lead

We have an opportunity for an experienced Insights Lead to manage research and insights for key accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data analysis, storytelling, and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor team members, and a proven track record in market research and project management. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert insights and strategic solutions. Design research proposals, sampling methodologies, and deliverables to meet client objectives. Oversee project management, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outputs. Guide teams on questionnaire development, analytics, and reporting. Present actionable insights through compelling reports and dashboards. Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous learning. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of market research experience (or 5 years with a strong track record). At least 3 years of project management experience. A degree in economics, marketing, sociology, psychology, statistics, or business (post-graduate qualification preferred). Strong analytical and storytelling skills with a client-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts effectively. People management and mentoring skills. Attention to detail and resourcefulness.
