Regional Financial Manager

A permanent opportunity has become available for a skilled Regional Financial Manager to join a prominent beverage company with a dynamic and growing presence in the industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the financial performance of multiple regions, managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations . This position will require strong leadership, financial acumen , and the ability to navigate complex financial structures within the fast-paced beverage sector. Duties: Oversee and manage financial operations for multiple regional sites. Conduct detailed revenue margin analysis to identify opportunities for profitability improvement. Lead the preparation and management of regional budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Partner with senior management to drive financial strategy and business decisions. Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies and regulations. Implement cost control measures and monitor working capital across regions. Provide leadership and guidance to regional finance teams, ensuring high performance and continuous development. Qualifications & Skills: CA(SA) qualification is essential. A minimum of 4 years experience in financial management, with experience in a regional or multi-site role. Proven track record in revenue margin analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
