Temporary Receptionist

One of our leading US Law Firm clients are seeking a Temporary Receptionist for 4-5 months to work closely alongside their current receptionist. Even though this is initally a Temporary role, there willl be the chnace to go permanent in this position for the right candidate. The role will be based in the office 5 days a week in the city with the hours of 08:30 - 17:00. The salary for this role is 40k and duties include: Meeting and greeting clients Answering calls Inbox management Booking travel arrangements Administrative support The successful candidate will must be available immediately to start as this role will be starting ASAP Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
