We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Payroll Admin Assistant to join their vibrant team. This newly created role is a direct result of the company's impressive growth, making it an exciting opportunity to become a part of their Finance team. The Payroll Admin Assistant position offers a competitive salary of 24,000 per annum. This is an office-based role in Aberlour, with a standard working schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. If you are looking to advance your career in a thriving environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Your New Role In this role, you will undertake a diverse range of payroll responsibilities centred around a weekly payroll cycle. Your tasks will include processing and inputting timesheets, ensuring that managers have provided all necessary information, and updating reports on a weekly basis. Additionally, you will handle the processing of new starters and leavers, ensuring they are accurately paid. Other key duties will involve addressing pay queries, scanning all paper HR files, and uploading HR documents to our system. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our payroll processes. What You'll Need To Succeed While prior payroll knowledge is preferred for this role, we are also open to candidates with a background in Finance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and demonstrate proficiency in working with spreadsheets. You should be capable of working accurately under tight payroll deadlines, as attention to detail is crucial in this position. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain precision in your work will be key to your success in this role.
