Job Title: Leveraged Finance Paralegal Location: City of London Working arrangement: Hybrid About the company: US law firm Role overview: Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing Leveraged Finance team on a permanent basis This is a brand new role for the firm, allowing the successful candidate an opportunity to help build the practice along with the team of Associates and Partners. This firm has been known to promote Paralegals internally via their TC programme, so progression is a possibility for the right candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous leveraged or general finance experience, gained from a law firm or in-house environment, and will ideally have passed the LPC or SQE 1.
