Join a dynamic team as they are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Transformation Portfolio Manager to drive their organization's digital evolution. This leadership role is critical in managing a diverse portfolio of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives, and delivering measurable value. The successful candidate will combine expertise in digital technologies, portfolio management, and strategic execution to accelerate innovation and operational efficiency. Acting as a bridge between technology and business functions, this role will influence key decisions, foster collaboration, and ensure the seamless delivery of digital transformation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy and Execution: Lead the execution of digital transformation initiatives, employing agile and design-thinking methodologies. Ensure alignment between transformative projects and organizational objectives, including AI and innovation strategies. Support strategic planning efforts in collaboration with digital transformation leadership. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for digital transformation teams and initiatives, ensuring financial targets are met. Execute cost-effective strategies, including resource reuse and design-to-cost approaches. Forecast future resource needs based on program and project plans. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement engagement strategies to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Partner with business, digital, and departmental leaders to align programs with enterprise strategy and goals. Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships to understand and meet business and technical needs. Reporting and Performance Management: Manage the project review process to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Report on portfolio performance, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and value delivery. Provide accurate and timely updates to stakeholders and leadership. Innovation and Roadmap Development: Champion innovation within the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring proper resourcing and strategic execution. Define and implement a roadmap to accelerate business digitization, focusing on high-impact areas. Design operating models to support execution and drive long-term value realization. Project and Team Management: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing vision, guidance, and mentorship. Oversee program management to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and engagement within the team. Governance and Compliance: Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the project team. Ensure adherence to organizational governance structures and processes. Identify opportunities to align programs with strategic objectives, securing approval and resources as needed. Benefit Realization and Strategic Alignment: Develop and manage plans to evaluate and track business benefits. Address gaps and overlaps across programs to maximize impact and avoid conflicts. Resource Management: Expertise in planning, acquiring, and managing project resources. Governance: Knowledge of compliance and policy development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree (e.g., MBA). Certifications such as PMI PgMP, PfMP, P3O, or Scaled Agile. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management, including leading multiple initiatives. At least 5 years in portfolio management roles. 4 years in digital transformation or ecosystem implementation. 5 years in leadership positions.
