Oversee the implementation of testing strategies and plans. Provide guidance and support to the QA team in using Jira for project tracking. Ensure the effective use of Selenium for automated testing. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects. Conduct thorough reviews of test cases and scripts. Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities. Develop and maintain QA documentation and standards. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies. Facilitate communication between QA, development, and product teams. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the QA process. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights.
