Position : Senior/Lead Product Development Engineer Location : Kolkata (West Bengal) Experience : Minimum 07 Years Qualification : Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or Computer Science, a Master's or advanced degree is preferred Working Days : Mon-Fri Shift : 9:30 AM till 6:30 PM Work from Office Position Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Product Developer to lead the development and optimization of our AI-enabled technology platform, serving both B2B and B2C healthcare markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US healthcare product management, experience with customer-facing applications, and a proven track record of driving product innovation and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage market insights, competitive analysis, and best practices to consistently shape and deliver on the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Product Lifecycle Development & Management : Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our AI-enabled B2B2C platform. Collaborate with leadership and B2B clients to understand business needs and manage product development within tight timelines. - Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to define product requirements and priorities. - Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and product enhancement. - Leadership in Design & Engineering : Provide hands-on leadership in prompt engineering, hybrid design evaluation, and making critical functional design decisions to drive market-leading innovation. - Performance Metrics : Define and track key metrics to measure product performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement. - Customer Understanding : Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through user research and feedback mechanisms, ensuring the product addresses pain points effectively. - Feature Development : Propose and prioritize new features and enhancements aligned with company goals and customer needs. - UI Improvement : Continuously improve product UI through data-driven usability insights, prioritizing empirically validated ideas. - Roadmap Communication : Create and communicate a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value. - Offshore Collaboration : Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases, overcoming challenges associated with remote work. - Customer Advocacy : Advocate for customer needs in all product decisions and serve as their voice in strategic planning. - Mentorship : Provide mentorship to junior product team members, fostering continuous learning and professional development. - Client Representation : Conduct product demos and represent the Company in client meetings, clearly articulating the value proposition of our platform. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or Computer Science, a Master's or advanced degree is preferred. - 7 years of experience in product Development or Product engineering with a focus on customer-facing technology products. - Must have Min 2/3 Years exposure to B2B/B2C/SaaS based Healthcare Startup Environment. - Must have 3 years of hands-on coding and development experience in any programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, C/C++, PHP, JavaScript, etc (Anyone Language). - Strong hands-on capability to manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Proven experience in product development or engineering, preferably in AI-enabled platforms - Strong knowledge of LLM and Generative AI, with the ability to make an immediate impact. - Hands-on experience with UI/UX design and usability testing - Proven track record of launching and scaling customer-facing applications or platforms. - Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Power BI, and the ability to make data-driven product decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams. - Knowledge of the US healthcare industry is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools. - A passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to spot emerging trends and capitalize on market opportunities. - A creative mindset with demonstrated success in generating and executing innovative product ideas. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis. - Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
