SAP ABAP/HR Consultant

As an ABAP HR Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative HR solutions on the SAP platform. Role Description : - 6 years of experience in ABAP HR development - Experience in OData service, Interfaces, HR Reports development, payroll and time reports development, Integrations, ALE/IDocs, Workflows and Performance tuning. - HR domain Knowledge preferred Position Responsibilities : - Involve in Design, implementation, and unit testing for ABAP HR objects. - Hands-on with SAP ABAP HR development - Knowledge on logical databases. - Design, develop, and implement ABAP objects such as reports, interfaces, forms, function modules, and ALVs. - Develop OData services, HR reports, payroll and time reports, and integrations using ALE/IDocs. - Configure and customize HR workflows to automate business processes. - Perform performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code. - Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks. - Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Adhere to best practices and coding standards. Qualifications : - 6 years of experience in ABAP HR development. - Strong understanding of SAP HR modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Management). - Hands-on experience with ABAP Objects, ABAP Workbench, and ABAP Dictionary. - Proficiency in OData service development, interfaces, HR reports, and workflows. - Knowledge of logical databases and performance tuning techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of1 a team (ref:hirist.tech)
