Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, and financial intermediaries (brokers, investment companies). This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 months. Desired start date: as soon as possible. Tasks and Responsibilities: Be responsible for performing all Depositary Bank oversight duties on client portfolio (Alternative Investment Funds) assigned, in accordance with applicable regulation and internal policies. Build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients and external providers to gain accuracy in NAV verification, monitor investment restrictions, and manage participants. Collect and review relevant documents, ensure ownership chain, and provide regular feedback while escalating issues and risks identified without delay. Be involved in setting up new funds in the internal control environment in accordance with the Risk approved Model applied by Depositary Bank. Profile Required: Studies & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in economics. At least one year of experience in NAV & limits verification with a focus on Alternatives Funds. Language Skills: Advanced/native level of Italian (C2). Fluent in English (C1). Intermediate in French (B1). Technical, Operational & Soft Skills: Good knowledge of the current regulatory framework. Good knowledge of major office automation applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Autonomy and result orientation. Capacity to identify operational risks.
