Title: Facility SME Location: Toulouse, France Positions Available: 1 Type: Contract (12 Months) If you think your skills and experience are suitable for this position, please do not hesitate to contact me Responsibilities: Ensure all facility systems, utilities, and infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, water systems, cleanrooms, compressed air, and power supply) meet GMP and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance programs for critical facility assets. Support and lead facility-related activities during internal and external audits (e.g., FDA inspections, customer audits). Maintain up-to-date documentation, including SOPs, validation protocols, and facility master plans. Lead or contribute to facility upgrade, expansion, or renovation projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Perform risk assessments for facility-related systems and processes, identifying and mitigating potential hazards. Provide troubleshooting expertise for utility and facility system failures to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for facility-related deviations. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical facility management, engineering, or operations. Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant facilities, cleanroom environments, and pharmaceutical utilities (e.g., WFI, HVAC, sterilization systems) Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
