D365 F&O Functional Analyst/Consultant - Finance Location: Paris, France Industry: Global IT Consulting Language: French/English We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced D365 Functional F&O Consultant with a strong focus on Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to optimise financial processes and deliver value in a fast-paced environment. This role requires deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet organisational goals. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules related to financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and fixed assets. Collaborate with business units to define and document requirements for financial operations, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards. Develop functional design documentation and work with development teams to implement customisations, integrations, and enhancements to financial functionalities. Conduct thorough testing for new releases, updates, and customisations within financial modules to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with business needs. Train and support end users in D365 F&O financial functionalities, empowering them to maximise the system’s capabilities. Act as a liaison between financial stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to D365 F&O financial modules and other integrated systems. Qualifications: 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a functional consulting role, focusing on financial modules. In-depth understanding of D365 F&O financial functionalities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex financial requirements. Familiarity with best practices in financial management and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all organisational levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment. English & French speaking is required. Preferred Skills: Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance. Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and integrations with D365 F&O. Understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
