The company’s platform enables businesses to seamlessly integrate tailored insurance products into their offerings, driving growth and enhancing customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and valuation for potential M&A opportunities. Lead due diligence processes and assess strategic fit. Prepare pitch materials and client presentations. Support deal execution, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
