Role Overview: Part of the Architecture Department and under the responsibility of the Head of Store Development, your role is to support the store development and construction activities of the future FRAME point of sales, across the global portfolio. As part of the creative environment, you are one of the actors responsible for the image of the brand. Requirements and Responsibilities: You have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, in an architectural practice/design agency, or ideally in the retail industry for a high-end brand. You are organized. Proactivity, rigor and multi-tasking capacity are key. You have an aesthetic opinion to help achieve quality buildouts; have a basic knowledge of building materials and constructions standards. You are keen to evolve in a dynamic company and you show great team spirit. You are efficient in 2D/3D on the following software: AutoCAD, Rhinoceros (Vray is a plus) or on a similar program. You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, Id, Ps, Acrobat) and with Microsoft Suite. This job has a divided scope as follows: 30% of your workload is dedicated to design coordination, and the other 70% on project management and construction support. Design: In collaboration with other team-members, work alongside the external designers/agencies on the design phases of the project (Conceptual Design, Design Development). For some wholesale and ephemeral locations, you have the capability of building your own 3D model, editing renderings and producing your own Design Development set with contractors and millworkers. In collaboration with the Retail Operation teams, you assist in the design of the BOH of each location, thinking of practicability and efficiency. Work alongside the creative team to select the FF&E on each project. Project & Construction Management: Project manage creative and technical solutions for street stores, shop-in-shops, and wholesale locations (new leases, relocations, renovations), special projects, and offices. Management of several projects simultaneously in multiple regions of the business. Support in the monitoring of the CAPEX and the construction schedules carefully. You are an actor in the achievement of the project within an approved budget and under schedule. Work alongside local architects in drafting, reviews and approval of design and construction drawing sets. Participate in the permitting phase, engineering and all other services required for building and occupancy permits. Liaise with external consultants and contractors involved on a project (i.e. designers, building companies, lighting designers etc.). Support the tender of projects with general contractors and mill workers, understand the specificities of the project and aid negotiations value engineer, source alternative materials and/or technical processes. Actively participate in the store completion in realizing a detailed punch-list and ensuring of its completion under a controlled timeframe. Other missions (not limited to): Help source new partnerships: building companies, contractors, millworkers etc. Participate in the sourcing of samples and demonstrate an appetite for material research and innovations. Support retail and commercial teams in maintaining their stores up to standards and great conditions. Reporting & Communication: You will be reporting to the Head of Store Development – working alongside other team-members, internal multi-zones departments and external parties. Participate in weekly meetings with internal departments, in handover preparation calls, and in post-opening meetings with other stakeholders (i.e. IT, VM, OPS, Retail etc.). Participate in weekly meetings with external parties before construction, during and at the time of completion until the punch-list is finalized. Travel is expected throughout different zones. Qualifications: Background in architecture and/or interior design Experience of 2-3 years on a similar role Fluency in English and French (speaking and writing) - another language is a plus.
