Project Manager Grid and BESS We are seeking a skilled electrical engineer to join our clients team, a leading renewable energy IPP in France to work as Project Manager Grid and BESS Experience & Qualifications Academic degree in electrical engineering, renewable energies or similar with a focus on energy technology. Experience in Grid Connection for PV projects, ideally BESS. Responsible for handling grid connections studies and solutions from development through to commissioning . Project management experience in grid connection of power plants from medium up to extra-high voltage levels. Professional experience dealing with French TSO (Transmission system operator). You are fluent in the use of 2D AutoCAD drawings. Basic design knowledge in projects up to 400kV would be beneficial. Business Skills Strategic thinker able to come up with different strategies and out of the box ideas Autonomous worker, straight minded, able to hold their own and work in a very process orientated and detailed manner, whilst still being a collaborative team player Confident in building relationships internally across the team and externally with consultants and subcontractors. Adept at working to challenging deadlines, prioritising effectively and managing own workload. A flexible and proactive attitude, keen to take responsibility and use initiative. Fluent in French and professional English language The desired professional can be based in Paris, Lyon or Bordeaux and will have hybrid working flexibility.
