Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of tech projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables. Drive cross-functional collaboration between development, design, and product teams to ensure project success. Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and addressing any potential roadblocks. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and key stakeholders. Manage project resources and priorities, ensuring efficient allocation across multiple initiatives. Implement best practices for project management, driving continuous improvement in processes and workflows. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, and handle scope changes effectively. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and creativity. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to successfully execute tech projects from inception to completion. You’ll ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and a passion for driving efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements for Success: Proven experience as a Project Manager in a tech or software development environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively under pressure. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar. A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative success. A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering impactful solutions.
