Working as an Internal Sales Executive is a varied role that will require someone who is able to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Your role will involve researching, contacting & building relationships with potential clients. You will use a range of resources such as phone-calls, emails, LinkedIn & more to source and develop opportunities. You will work closely with the field sales team & will share the opportunity to go out to face-to-face meetings, with many people that have started in this role moving into a field sales role or even sales management. This role doesn't require any experience, rather the right transferable skills are important This means the business will invest in Sales Trainees from the beginning, offering both internal and external industry-leading training tailored to the individual where possible. This can include but not limited to; commercial knowledge, sales training, self-development opportunities, financial and analytical skills and understanding the operational side of the business, beginning with enrolling you onto the sales training where you will gain a level 4 diploma in sales as well What do the company do?
