Job Title - Senior Analytics Engineer Location - Southampton (Hybrid) – 2 days a week in the office Salary - up to £60,000 per annum An exciting opportunity for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join a growing team that’s tackling real-world challenges head-on. This is your chance to work with a talented group of innovators While bringing your own unique expertise to the table – particularly if you’re from an engineering, computer science, automotive or consultancy background . What You’ll Do Focus on analytics : With the team often pulled in different directions, you’ll bring much-needed focus to the analytics space. Solve complex problems and refine algorithms to enhance existing systems. Collaborate on a cutting-edge software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering. Dive into big data projects, helping the team transition to a Data Lake environment. Bring a holistic approach to data design, algorithm development, and visualisation. What We’re Looking For A STEM background with a degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or consultancy. Experience in modelling simulations or the automotive industry is a bonus. Proficiency in Python with a solid grasp of big data tools. A forward-thinker who can balance strategy and hands-on delivery. Ideally, someone from a smaller business environment who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
