Head of Data Science & Analytics Salary: £130,000 20% bonus, 20% profit share London - 3 days a week in office This role is 100% hands off Manage a dynamic team of 20 Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Analysts in a strategy consultancy. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely on business development proposals and client work Manage high-quality delivery of Data Science and ML projects Managing senior stakeholders in the business and external clients Managing the team, made up of Associate Directors SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a strategy consultancy within Data is required MSc or PhD in STEM subject Technical background is beneficial, to discuss with technical team Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders Quality project deliver across Data Science and Analytics Experience working cross functionally in a business Apply below
