Devops Technical Architect Key Skills • Extensive knowledge of commonly used Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Security and DevOps practices, Design and Engineering standards • Knowledge of any one of the mainly used programming languages (Java, Python, C#) will be beneficial • Knowledge of automation frameworks Key Responsibilities • Team player : working in a multi-disciplinary team with product and user-centred design roles like service design and user research • Technical Analysis: Conduct an in-depth analysis of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) / internal systems to ID modular solutions applicable to the recruitment process. • Risk and Cost Assessment: Compare the financial and operational risks of a modular system against the current single-system approach, provide detailed cost analysis. • Modular System Mapping: Develop a modular system map outlining potential configurations based on user needs and financial viability. • Blueprint Development: Create a delivery blueprint for transitioning from a monolithic system to a modular system, including prioritisation of module implementation. • Integration Planning: Analyse how the existing Oriel system can support Beta phases of the modular rollout, ensuring a seamless transition. • Reporting and Recommendations: Produce a comprehensive final report summarizing findings, recommendations, and supporting evidence, including a concise executive summary for stakeholders. Key Deliverables • Technology Analysis Report: Evaluation of COTS and internal systems. • Risk and Cost Report: Comparative analysis of modular vs. monolithic systems. • Future-State Modular Map: Visual and detailed roadmap for system evolution. • Delivery Blueprint: Step-by-step guide to implement a modular approach. • Final Report and Executive Summary: Consolidated findings with actionable recommendations • Support business development and authoring of responses based on capacity Regards Chaya
