Job Description: We are looking for a Global Demand Planner to join our team in Milan. Reporting to the Global Demand Planning Director, your responsibilities will include: Prepare and support the local S&OP process with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams following the monthly cadence. Prepare and communicate final forecasts of by-products to supply teams. Be the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing regarding Planning and Forecasting. Synchronize commercial plans with demand plans. Proactively identify constraints and challenges and develop solutions to mitigate impacts while keeping internal customers clearly informed of developments. Provide and analyze monthly metrics reporting on forecast changes, rejections, forecast accuracy, and bias. What We Are Looking For: Strong expertise in Demand Planning with a perfume/cosmetics products background. Experience using FuturMaster as a Demand Planning Tool. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Centre or similar ERP. Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills. Highly analytical mindset.
