Specializing in Civil Engineering, Demolition, Remediation, Groundworks, and RC Frames across the UK, they consistently deliver top-quality residential and commercial projects, including concrete substructures and superstructures, on schedule and within budget. Renowned for managing technically challenging and logistically complex projects, the company is on track to surpass £250 million in turnover in 2025. About the Role: As a result of continued company growth, our client is looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in managing RC frames and groundworks, overseeing projects from start to finish. In this Project Manager role, you will be an integral part of the senior management team, reporting directly to a Construction Director. Your responsibilities will include managing contract values and schedules, ensuring clear communication and exceptional client service. You will also oversee on-site supervisors, engineers, and trades, ensuring that budgets are maintained, and deadlines are met. The role will focus on managing large-scale projects in London, with the first project in East London and packages values ranging from £15 million to £30 million. About the Requirements: The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in civil engineering and will have proven experience managing RC frame and groundwork packages valued at £5 million or more. You should also have a proactive attitude, and a strong technical understanding of these works.
