Specializing in Civil Engineering, Demolition, Remediation, Groundworks, and RC Frames across the UK, our client consistently delivers high-quality residential and commercial projects, including concrete substructures and superstructures, on time and within budget. Known for handling technically demanding and logistically complex projects, the company is poised to exceed £250 million in turnover for 2025. About the Role: Due to ongoing company growth, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in managing RC frames and groundworks, overseeing projects from inception to completion. As Senior Project Manager, you will join the senior management team, reporting directly to the Construction Director. You will be expected to manage contract values and timelines, ensuring effective communication and exceptional service to clients. Additionally, you'll oversee on-site supervisors, engineers and trades, ensuring budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met. The role will involve managing large individual projects in London, with values ranging from £20 million to £60 million each. About the Requirements: The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in civil engineering and will have proven experience managing RC frame and groundwork packages valued at £10 million or more. You should also have a proactive attitude, and a strong technical understanding of these works. About the Package: Basic Salary - £85,000 - £110,000 Open to PAYE or Self-Employed routes Bonuses and benefits are negotiated at the point of interview.
